| The
production process followed in our company regarding
the shaving, in final, allows for different thickness
in the hides based on the type of article that is required.
In trimming the hides we get rid of parts of the hides
that are not useable. |
| The
re tanning phase, fat liquoring and pigmentation is
done with the use of chemical products which are antibacterial
and perfumed but absent of any eventual poisonous elements. |

The
hides are dried in accordance with the traditional system
on slabs or vacuum finishing the drying process on aerial
chains. |
A
successive passage in the milling drums to obtain
soft hides specifically for gloves and clothing leather.
Alternatively the hides for other articles are staked.

For
Nabuk , suede and shoe soles we go directly to buffing
Measuring
and packaging in the final.. |
| Over
and above to the safety in the workplace, we produce articles
also for clothing and upholstery, following all the phases
mentioned above, also for outside parties. All production
is done internally, within our company by personnel specialized
to obtain a relationship between quality, price and ahead
of the market place. |
